I have a Massey 1010 hydro. Engine runs great but transmission has no power. The tractor will stop and the engine will not lug down.Anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

A few questions:
1. Does it initially operate OK and then stops suddenly or does it slow down gradually?
2. Is this 2WD or 4WD model?
3. Have you checked hydro fluid level? When was last time changed? Does this have a filter or screen for the hydro, has that been changed/cleaned recently?
