Hi all, new to the group. I recently tor down the hydrostatic drive in our tractor to replace some seals. Needless to say I put it back together and it runs fast in reverse and slow as molasses in forward. I think I know what I did just wanted to get some opions from some experts. Thanks!
Hi, if all went back together on the hydro as it came apart, then the first thing I would check is the movement/ adjustment of the sliding cam plate. Make sure the cam pushes the hydro valve over to it’s maximum forward position.
