Well, I was just getting into mowing my yard for the second time on my "new" PK and as luck would have it the right front axle BROKE! So, now I'm out of commission till Jerry sends my new one.

The joys of cutting with a 30 + year old machine, You just have to finish working the bugs out

Better luck with it in the future

Sorry to hear about that. You'll get the bugs out eventually and learn how to keep them going in the process. Ussually when you acquire a machine of that age it has been run down to the point where you end up with all the repairs required. After a while you'll have nice rugged machine that will withstand many more years of work.:fing32:
