I also have a CTC on my 2018 x739. I am very happy with the performance. It is a really great addition to this little tractor. I added a tooth bar that dramatically improved ground cutting performance. I can lift a plump full bucket of dirt but it moves pretty slow at these loads. I did not increase the pressure in the transaxle but I did install a THRV to protect the system.

It's a valve that sits on the transaxle. If you are going to be working the machine hard it protects it from itself. Lots of information in the stickies and the main forum.

What is a THRV?
THRV = Transaxle Hydrostatic Relief Valve. Hopefully the previous owner installed one on your tractor. There is a 2wd version and a 4 wd version. It's a rather involved procedure to do but not difficult. You'll have some work to do to verify if one is installed on your unit.
