Have any of you tried using the plug in LED lights in your headlights? I believe they are 68 SMD LED P21W.

I saw a post on Red Square I think it was yesterday but the Ebay ad he included was expired. Checked around a little bit and did find some but they were pricey. The ones like in the post were $19.95 ea. plus shipping.

Think I'll stay with the regular less than $2 bulbs.

On eBay, I found that they are priced anywhere from $1 to $21. I just wonder if they are worth the effort.

I found another thread on MTFn that goes into this extensively. They are making a high intensity light that goes for $100. Anyway, they recommend that the SMD bulbs aren't worth the effort. In lumens they don't do that much better than the incandescent bulbs.

If I find that thread, I'll paste it here.

Edit; here ya' go!
