Ok got a lawnboy 8480 that I am working with and had to remove the control case to work on somthing I can't rember anyway there is a tiny pully inside the controll case I was ondering is the control/brake cable suppose to go over or under the pulley see the link for a parts diagram.

I wanna say it goes over it but I'm not positive on that.
