Throwing out seat mounting, shift levers, etc., are all large frame fenders the same size/mounting?

I need a new set of fenders for the ht23, or a ton of body work on them. Just wondering what the options are.

Im changing the seat and shifter, so I don't care about that.

Size and mounting is all the same. You will find differences in the seat mounting and the shifter areas. The 1250 -1886-04 has the shift lever down between the legs and also no hole for the trans dipstick. The 1886-05 and up do not have the shift are between the legs and also has the cutout for the dipstick. You will find the dipstick hole will be in different areas from the sunstrand and eaton run rearends.

No, the edges are beat up pretty bad, and the top of the fenders is curved instead of flat.

I'm changing seats, and don't want the ht23 seat mount on the front face of the fenders.

I'm also ditching the stock shifter location (doesn't work with the new seat), and would have to deal with that hole.

I'm thinking of using an eaton 12 style fender and using the park-neutral-drive shifter for the high-neutral-low with a teleflex cable.
