L110 brake switch problem

Lately it has been tricky to get the brake pedal in just the right position to turn over my L110. Today I can't find a spot that it will turnover at all. Where is the actual switch located and how do I fix it?

I have seen them pushed out of place by debris thrown up by the deck. May just need to put it back into place.
