My Kubota is starting up and hydraulics are working, but it wont move. My First guess is the clutch.

Does anyone have any ideas about what else it could be, or how much it cost to have a clutch job done on it. Is a clutch replacement something that can be done on site or does it have to be towed to a shop?

We gave the tractor to a family member but it's still on my lot and they have the keys so right now I can't start it up to do any trouble shooting. This is the only picture I have at the moment.

Also, if anyone knows how I can find the value of this tractor in its current condition and the value after the repair(if it is just the clutch) that would be great. I also have a bunch of attachments for the back end too.
