I figure it is one of two things, either a Command or a Courage. A courage will have two angled 'boxes' that go from the head diagonally up to either side that contain the rocker arms. It is not was well reputed as the Command. There were problems with the top cover bolts loosening and being impacted by the flywheel, leading to parts escapes. And oil. Later models are better assembled with less problems.
The Command was also called another marketing name, maybe Pro, I don't remember. Reading, it came to me: Magnum. It(Command) will have a rectangular box for the rocker arms. It is the most bulletproof engine they made in recent history. The K-series is also well reputed, I believe them all to be flat head engines. The Command have hydraulic valve lifters that do not need adjustment. They do recommend use of 10W-30 engine oil over all others, FWIW. Keep the oil and filter changed at least every other season, or in the fall before storage and you should get long life. To my knowledge they are not noted for any particular problem area.
