Anyone have any ideas? I'm using a damper puller from O'Reilly with my pneumatic impact driver on the bolt. Also tried heating the flywheel with my propane torch. So far the pulley ends up bending sideways and the flywheel hasn't budged.

Tighten the puller as tight as you can. Then take a 5lb hammer and hit the puller bolt on the end as hard as you can. DO NOT tap on the bolt. HIT IT.
