Do any of you park an antique garden tractor in front of your house for looks. Or any other implements?

I have a really old rototiller in a flower bed.

I wanted to put a "turd hearse" in the front yard for the wife to plant flowers in. :D :hide:

But she didn't like the idea! :Disgus: :lalala: ~~ grnspot
One steel implement wheel and a wooden wagon wheel. I do have a smaller harrow at my moms that is "frozen in time". Rusted solid is more apt description, lol! I was going to put that in a flower bed but it seems a little large for our .36 acres.

I was going to put the one C-101 in the front yard with a cart, put lights on it and have an inflatable penguin in the back but the GF didnt like the idea......

(I may still do it, heh heh!):hide:
I have been tempted to put an old tractor out as a yard ornament--but after having a friend have one he put on his front lawn dissapear a few years ago,I decided against it....scrap metal theives here swipe anything thats not chained down--sometimes even chains dont stop them!..I keep everything I want to keep hidden now...

There is a guy in town with an old McCormick farm tractor thats half buried in the feild where it last ran 30+ years ago--around halloween you drive by it and you'll see a scarecrow behind the wheel--this time of year,Santa takes over!..its far enough off the road that no one bothers it,and two houses are close by too,so far no vandals or theives have touched it..yet!..it looks very cool with christmas lights on it...

I used to put one of my two-cylinders out in the front yard from Thanksgiving until New Years. I no longer have them & the last year I did, woke up one morning to beer cans & boxes in the yard around the tractor and 5 gallons less gas in it! Not sure which griped me the most, the trash or the stealing! ~~ grnspot
