What gives ?! This is my second Briggs from a JD dealer!

First off, thanks Kip (Bluegoose) for the lead on this pig!

Called the salesman and asked for some pictures of the machine and he sent them along yesterday. All I gotta say is mint mint mint! Local trade in from a family, 295hrs, steering brake, 9.50 AG's, etc....I called back early this morning and made an offer and they took it no problem. Paid the bill, done!

Time to break the news to the little lady and find an excuse to head to Oxford Pa, near Lancaster to get this pig!

Nuff' yap, here are some pictures...

Brand new, that machine sold for about $6K w/o any wheel assemblies or attachments. Mark - ahem, "Mr. Briggs" - didn't even pay a third of that. From what I know, it was a company owned machine, purchased with the brush-hog, for a single purpose. The company just stopped using it. I've only seen one other (used) Briggs powered unit that even compares to the awesome condition of this machine!

I'm all about excuses ... My Little Lady ain't wrapping her head around my Gravely Addiction!

Oxford, PA and the surrounding Brandywine Valley is WINE COUNTRY ... Maybe the Mrs. wouldn't mind a stop at the JD Dealer in the middle of your Wine Tasting Weekend??? Paradox, VaLa vineyards & Longwood Gardens are a MUST stop! If you'd prefer beer ... Twin Lakes Brewery, across the border in Delaware.

Good Luck!
