3 point hitch is easy. Ruegg Cat 0/1 will run you about $400, but it's the best. Here is that unit on my 455 with the Al Z Loadlifter rack:

Rear PTO? You can try JD, but I doubt it. You'll probably need a 2nd mortgage if you do find one.
