Recently replaced my old battery because it exploded when I tried to start the engine after charging. Installed new battery and no lights whatsoever when I turn the key. Three visible fuses all show appropriate resistance on ohm meter (20, 7.5 and 3). Where else should I look?

I would
-check the battery connections, that they are clean and firmly connected
-check that the battery is fully charged (about 12.6V or so)
-hook up battery to my car's battery (ie, boost it), and see if it works then (as you may have gotten a bad new battery, it happens)
