When chains brake they just fall (No stretch so no energy built up) but when a cable (Wire Rope) brake they stretch first and release energy so they whip back and get ya.(That is why they use a chain at the truck/Tractor pulls). I've broke enough of both running a bunch of tow trucks for years.. Anyway I call FOUL on the John Deere with the wheel weights holding the rear down and the weight of the plow holding the nose down... Still looks like fun ..:fing32:

I have an inch long vertical scar between my eyes to dispel that notion. No energy as long as both ends stop pulling the instant before it breaks, I believe you meant.

Should've taken the blade off so the weight would be at the rear! Still a pretty even match.
