John Deere 210LE ISSUES PLEASE HELP

Hello currently have a John Deere 210 LE skip loader machine has 4000+ hours Mechanic just installed a new re-constructed fuel injector pump as well as brand new injectors. Machine turns on but suddenly turns off by itself, when using starter fluid it turns on but has a bit of a thumping sound don’t know where to turn off the computer national fuse or I don’t know please help if you have an idea can also provide video.
