I picked up another 111 for 50 bucks. Couldn't pass it up if only for parts. It ran, but the carburetor was beyond repair. I ordered a brand new one and installed it. Now it's adjusted so the choke sets correctly, but as I raise the throttle lever, it goes WOT every time. Any ideas?

Reconnect the governor to the carburetor correctly following the steps in the manual. Roger

Yes I have done that. I printed the instructions from Briggs and Stratton. I have another 111 that I use regularly to compare to. Everything seems set up correctly. I adjusted the governor per the instructions. I just can't figure out why it keeps going WOT. Didn't know if maybe a slight bend in the linkage would cause it or is there something else I should be looking for.
