on e bay right now is a 2418 powerking with a 18 hp. kolher comand v twin engine, thats all i know.

I just picked up a 74 Jim Dandy, with a blown motor, single trans, hydraulics, deck & snow plow. I also have a 73 Jim Dandy with dual trans, hydraulics, deck, snow plow, rototiller, plow, discs it has a problem with the govenor not operating correctly, motor want to run to high RPM's, so I have not used it for a while. I would like to get a newer motor maybe a twin cylinder somewhere 18+ HP to replace the blown motor. Has anyone done this, and what motors would work on these? I think I will sell one of them once I get the newer motor installed.
