Got an opportunity to buy a 2010 JD x500 with 225 hrs. 48" deck. Knobby rear tires. Real good condition. I just changed the deck belt and the tension pulley for the owner and now he wants to sell it cause he said it's a little too big for him. Wants 2500.00 but said he would sell it to me for 2000.00. Sounds like a pretty good deal to me. Whatcha all think?

Sorry fellows. Haven't been on this forum for a while. Yes, I did buy the x500. Cleaned it up to look like new. It's going to be a great addition to the 955. Hopefully the wife will like it too?
