Just got my first tractor. Picked up an '89 John Deere 285 from someone on this forum who had restored it. Wanted to join the community so i can learn more about these machines.

Thanks all. I also just picked up a JD 80 dump cart. It's pretty rusty and needs new tires, but the price was right.
