Personally, I would keep the bicentennial lawn boy because those don't come up to often. They are great machines too.

I found a lawnboy commercial dura force 3 speed for 250 pretty good shape he says runs good but needs carburetor rebuilt he wants to trade for my bicentennial lawnboy I don't know tho.

22261s are also extremely hard to come by in the greater Washington D.C. And Baltimore Metropolitan areas. Folks are paying crazy prices for restored ones on eBay. But the specialty mowers - Liberty, etc. are also extremely desirable. That is a tough call - boils down to your personal choice.
I would buy tat in a heartbeat for $250 and keep the Bicentennial.
