Hello,

I am in the process of moving to a new place in the country outside of the Seattle area. I've no tractor and not a ton of experience living on a plot of land. So - I'm here to learn.

The land is about 2.6 acres, flat, mostly turf with some dedicated pasture. Plenty of work.
