Well a Few weeks ago I ordered a Sleeve Hitch Insert and I Noticed the Bolts That Greg Used Were Smaller than what Normal sleeve Hitches used. I sent Greg a PM Just suggesting In the Future He May want to Use 5/8 by 2inch one. Well Greg PM's me back and said Based On My Feedback and Others He was Going to Do a Redesign Well I never expected a New Insert out of My suggestion But Greg said He was sending Me One to Test. Well I just Got it Today. Though I haven't Mounted it Yet to My cat 1 3point adapter. I just thought I would share How great Greg’s customer service really is. Greg it Looks Great I like the Allen wrench adjustable Bolts I wish companies like Brinly-Hardy and Other would Have Though of That all these years That they Have Made sleeve Hitches Or 3point Sleeve Hitch Adapters It sure Beats Using a crescent wrench. This Coming spring I will test Out The Insert and see How My JD X485 does Plowing with a 10inch Sleeve Hitch Plow. Well done Sir You Make a wonderful product:thanku::thThumbsU

I just got my sleeve hitch adapter in the mail from Greg today. Haven't even unrapped it yet. Will try to get to it tonight, but I am still in my office working. :howdy: OK, taking a break from my work anyway.

I just got home and mine was waiting for me in the mail. Thanks Greg for the updated insert and it looks like it will work great.
Again I must thank you for the way you package and ship your products. It's a pleasure to open the box and see the care that was taken with the wrapping and getting a pristine product. I really like the idea of using allen wrench adjustable bolts. Are they longer than the previous bolts used? I was actually seeking a replacement for the original bolt because it wasn't quite long enough for me. Where might I get some of these? I don't think I've ever seen them where I get my hardware.

I just wanted to give Greg at Heavyhitch two thumbs up for his customer service. I have not had a need to buy from him yet, but based on his reputation here I will definitely buy from him when I can. Between what he did for Royrector and what he has done with the upgraded sleeve hitch adapter, I am very impressed. Not many businessmen will do what he has done.

Greg, I got the improved Sleeved Hitch Insert. Thank you!! HeavyHitch has awesome customer service. I can't wait for the weather to get nice so I can get this thing out with the plow and take some great pics to share with you all. If anyone is considering one of these, definitely order from HeavyHitch as I've looked at many and this design is the best!
