identify shredder gear box

i need some help in identifying a gear box for a shredder and locate either a replacement or gears. I know the input shaft has been cut off and re drilled
someplace along the life it was run dry and the gears are bad not to mention the seal for the bottom bearing is bad also ( go figure )
the gears are welded to the shafts also
