ID this lever (farmall M)

Can someone ID the lever on this farmall M. The one coming up above/near the seat.

Picking this tractor up later this month and it has me wondering.

Looks like someone has installed an M&W hand clutch on it. Basically works like the hand clutch on the A-C's, and give's you independant PTO, plus live hydraulics on the IH's.
