autozone and advance are just keep losing my interest. they said on phone today they could get the water pump for my truck. got there to order it and both places said venders dont stock it. so i ended up going further north to a orieleys auto parts store and ordered it.

I never call the store anymore, I look it up online on their site and then take the store the part number. saves MUCH frustration.

10 years ago Autozone was my place of choice since it is literally 20 feet from where I park my truck at work. They had a full staff of people that worked on their own vehicles and knew what they were talking about more often than not. Now it seems only the manager has even seen a vehicle with the hood open. IF you can even get their attention don't even ask them where something is in the store anymore, it is just not worth the effort.
