We got 3 inches of light fluffy snow last night. It's the first snow we've had up here in Vermont since before Thanksgiving.

Since it was a small amount of snow and there wasn't any existing snow on the ground I was just going to let it sit and have it pack down by itself.

But I've been itching to try out my new snow cab and the windshield wiper I installed so out I went and got about 45 minutes of seat time!

I've always looked at having the equipment as having insurance so that momma nature won't do us evil. Isn't it strange that we MUST jump on the evil forces because we can?
I'm glad you had some fun! Here in Tennessee, I'm wondering if I'll have to mow again in the next couple weeks.
How'd it feel in that new cab?! I'm so jealous of you and your snow! :)
It felt great! It's actually the second time I've blown snow this year, but that was over a month ago and all the snow melted a few days after.

But this was the first time I got to use the new glass windshield and wiper and they worked great!

Heck I'm planning on putting my blade back on so that the next 1" SNOWSTORM we get I can push it into a big row then get the snowblower out to run it!!!!
I considered putting my plow on and if we continue to get these little 1 and 2 inch storms that's probably what I'll end up doing.
