I am making pretty good progress with the lawnboy 7050 commercial project. The 7050 motor is off the original deck and is all cleaned up now. The bad news is that I have to buy a new mount plate and muffler since the old steel deck one is too small. I have gotten contact with a guy who has lawnboy parts and he does have one. I am going to go pick it up sometime next week or so. Heres one pic of my progress :trink40:

Oh, and btw. Does anyone know how to remove the metal deck tag? Thanks !

Is the metal deck tag held on by rivets? If so then you have to drill them out, usually just drill the top of the rivet off and the plate will come off.

What are you using for a shroud and recoil? I believe the shroud you have MIGHT make contact with the tank stand. Don't quote me on that.

That, I dont know. I might have to buy a new shroud that will fit. But which one should I get?
