I have a Dukes 20dsfa501 hydraulic valve for my loader want to replace that. Like to know with what

Hose fittings are easily tightened and nowhere near as expensive to replace as valve sets.

That depends on what is worn. O-rings are replaceable, scored or worn spools are replaceable, scored, worn or cracked valve bodies are not.

Leaks at the ends of the spool indicate internal wear. See above. Leaks externally anywhere else are usually loose or damaged fittings, or on a very rare occassion, a damaged valve body.

Internal wear can also be indicated by a weak system without an external leak. That requires additional testing to pinpoint exactly where the problem is occuring. It may not be the valve.
