Hi Wesleymoore and welcome to

Do you have a leak at the filter? I am going to move this to the hydraulic forum where it will get more attention from someone who knows more

What would cause air in the hydraulic system of a 2220d with aKoyker 155 front end loader?
Low fluid level, cracked or poorly sealed filter, loose or damaged fitting on the supply line (if steel tube) or deterioration or loose clamps (if hose), or leaking pump seals.

These are all areas which are normally under negative pressure due to the pump sucking in fluid. The rest of the system is under positive pressure and will leak fluid out, but not draw air in.

If no discrepancies are found, cycle all of the cylinders full stroke 3 or 4 times to purge any air remaining in the system.
