Guys I’m new to this so don’t beat me up too bad. I purchased a used LK2552 last year before deer season. When I first used the tractor everything worked great. I am now hearing what sounds like a hydraulic pump whining. Where do I check the hydraulic fluid level on this model ? Thanks for any help

Since purchased used, did the previous owner provide you with an owner's manual? I ask because I have a JD L130 lawn tractor that has been in the family since 2005. Purchased new by my FIL, passed to my BIL, now mine. Each has promised that they would give me the owner's manual that was filed away "somewhere". I've put 400 hours on the machine and still have not received the owner;s manual.

Sadly, I don't believe that Kioti provides online manuals for their machines.

Hopefully, someone can provide the information that you need.

After thinking a bit, it's cold out where I'm at. Could it just be cold hydraulic fluid? Does it quiet down after warm up? Do all functions work properly?

Hydraulic pumps whine as a matter of course. The harder they work, the louder they whine.

Just like people.
