For years Husqvarna garden tractors were considered glorified lawn tractors because of their wimpy frames. I just saw an add claiming the TS348XD has a bolted 11 gauge frame. Is this really any stronger than my old XLSi frame?
Don't know what thickness your XLSi frame is. Get some dial calipers or a mike and measure the thickness. I think 11 ga is a bit over 1/8" - more than 0.125, but you can check this by googling "sheet metal gage thickness".

The frame would be made of steel, not stainless steel, so it would be just under 1/8" thick. Well, it's highly unlikely to be made of stainless steel...
