wHAT IS THE EASIEST WAY TO REPLACE THE DRIVE BELT. THE ONE THAT CONNECTS TO THE VERTICAL SHAFT COMING FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE ENGINE AND CONNECTING TO THE REAR DIFFERENTIAL?

I have a MTD, and took all 4 bolts out of the engine, slid it back, and took off the belt. Be careful taking it from around the cooling fins. They are plastic. DO NOT try to beat or bend the clips underneath. And do NOT try to pull the pulley. Many here have said they bent the shaft. And DON"T throw away the belt until you are sure you have the right one.
