Is anyone having trouble with the needle sticking in the seat on their carb? If mine sits two weeks or more, the needle sticks.

Right, but is there a new material that might be more compatible with todays fuels?

If you could get a kit that was made yesterday but chances are you will not. Does your old needle have the Vivtron material on the end of it?It look almost like a little piece of rubber attached to it.You would have to ask the maker about compatablity.
