How to read Mahindra Tranny Fluid Level

Can you explain how to read the tranny fluid level on a 2019?
The manual shows a plug or something with a high low mark next to the rear pto. My emax 22 does not have this. I see a little window with a silver plate and red dot. I don't see an oil level.

Fill oil until the fluid level is to the middle of that sight glass, which should have a red dot in it.
Ok, I overfilled it til it spilled over then siphoned out 2 gallons cause I put 3 1/2 gallons in.
I still do not see any oil in the sight glass though.
Runs fine, no overheating.
