i have a international 2500 with a heavy duty 7 ft bucket and i am thinking i need a 3 point counter weight i am not sure which would be the best way to build----any ideas thanks

Many ways guess,,if you got the three point off an old not needed thing you could go from there,,a carry all makes a pretty good foundation for many things.

get a plastic 55 gallon drum, cut 2 holes in the ends for a rod the size of the lift arm holes and stick in a rod that size and pour it full of concrete! :thThumbsU

not sure, but 200-300 hundred pounds at least I would think. You could make it about any weight you want. Just add up the quickcrete bags until you have the weight you want. Pour it in and lay it down on its side to dry. 10 60lbs bags would be 600lbs.
