How often and what time of day do you water??

I'll go along with the others as far as advice. Early morning is the best time to water, but often impractical. High sun and after dark are the worst times to water, late afternoon is when I usually get to it. Try and do it so that the plants can dry off before the sun sets to prevent fungus.

Being in the north east, today or tomorrow might be the first time I'll have to water since May since it was raining almost everyday.
