I bought a fairly used but salvageable lawn tractor in December 2021.
It was inoperable, there was no ignition, oil and glycol flowed from it,
all bearings had to be replaced in the clutch and mower housing.
I disassembled almost every part, replaced the faulty parts, and repaired what I could.
I also repaired and painted the bodywork with two-component automotive paint materials.

I'd be happy to help if you have any questions about the fixes.

That was some amazing work. Can't believe you were able to get everything you needed as well. Good job!

I ordered the CDI ignition electronics from China, the
axle damper from Japan.
The bearings are very cheap here in Hungary as well.

The other repairs were manual work.
Welding, turning, bodywork, painting, design of decorative stickers.

I’m a mechanic maintenance, I have to understand every repair. 😁

Beautiful! I love my H4518H with 42" deck... and it is time for new tires. For the rear tires, cannot find the original Honda OHTSU "Green Grip" 20.5x8.50-10 tires anywhere. Nor any 20.5x8.5-10 tires for that matter. Looking at alternatives and some near fits available from Kenda. Did you find original Honda tires or what did you go with? Do you know the size of the wheel? I think is 10"x7".

Welcome to MTF! Very nice restoration of your Honda! Lots of work went into the frame up restoration, should last you a few decades now though!
