Hello and thank you to everyone on MTF. I need to thank you because I have been coming here for information for over a year.
I live in La Crosse on a city lot, also have the farm where I grew up in central WI 1.5 hrs away. Dad and my sister live there. Several years ago Dad had some health problems and I was on the farm more and noticed it could use some attention. So down to the farm went my 318,to mow. Soon found a 317 for $200, got it started and drove it on my trailer,no deck but would work with the blower and blade I got with the 318. That 317 needs help before it can be put to work.
So this farm I grew up on (40 acres) has never had a FEL, and everywhere I looked I saw FEL work (thanks MTF) so when I went to an auction this summer I came home with a Deere 2210 w/62C MMM. Didn't need a mower but man that thing cuts beautiful. I picked up a 200CX loader and cleaned out a area in the barn to store more equipment.:fing32:
Could this be just the beginning?
