I have a 67 or 68 SS12 Sears tractor. Hasn't been touched in 3-4 years. I want to get it out and start working on it as it was my younger son's "toy". I am in need of some carb parts for it. Anyone know of any sources of parts for these engines?
evilbay or try Mark at www.carbrescue.com. He rebuilds these things, he does carry some of the parts. I get my rebuild kits from Randys engine repair thru ebay.
Great-I only used this a couple times a year to plow my dad's garden and the fuel was nasty so I had to keep pulling the carb apart to get trash out of the seat so needle valve could do it's job. Of course I dropped it in the grass! Found one in another engine that worked but not correctly. I'll try these guys. Thanks for the suggestions.
