help on rpm of F710 pto for deck

Everyone, I just got a JD F710 front deck mower and cannot remember if JD used a 540 rpm or not to run a drive shaft from the PTO down to the deck of the mower. I am thinking that is the correct RPM with slinging a driveshaft around in front of you. What I am looking to do is use this for a tractor to power a rear PTO. Any help would be great thanks.
