I am trying to determine the model number on my Lowes (MTD) 12HP 42" cut mower...any help would be awesome. I need new belts and don't know what kind to get.

It basically looks like this:

Try looking under the seat. Some manufactures put a sticker on the frame. You have that bagger on the back and it might be on the flat plate it is mounted to. the belts should have markings on them to tell you what size they are. It will be printed on the flat side of the belts.

Belts - too worn to see any numbers
Do have a bagger - will check plate.
