Just a quick hello and a thanks for the welcome to this very informative forum.
We have a ranch in Kerrville, Texas, located in the Texas Hill Country approx. 60 miles west of San Antonio, Texas.
I recently purchased a new 25HP Kioti tractor and it is a great piece of equipment so far. I am now looking for a Heavy duty Post Hole Digger, due to the rocky terrain. I checked TSC here locally and they carry County Line.
They tell me they show 2 types. 1 for $449. and 1 for $699. They could not tell me the difference at this time. My question is does here know the difference between the 2 besides the price (w/o an auger) and does anyone have an opinion on the County Line, which I believe is KK. Or any other recommendations for a Heavy Duty Post Hole Digger that won't take me to the poor house? I did look at Speedco and Danuse.
Thanks in advance for any info.

I am like you, I thought that County Line was made by King Kutter, but after comparing photographs, I don't think that may be the case, unless County Line is specially built for TSC. There are several differences is appearance.

Neither site offer any help at all on PTO size ratings or anything. Very unhelpful.

Good luck in your search.

mikepal,
Welcome to MTF! Hill country is beautiful. I would check with Rhino. They are supposed to make a real good PHD. Alamo products in San Antonio carries the Rhino, I believe.:MTF_wel2:

Thanks for all the responses. I will check as many places as I can. I find that all they want to do is sell the piece but can't help with an info.
I called Northern Tools...what a joke. TSC was somewhat helpful.
I have all Land's Pride implements but even they can give an answer. Amazing.
