Hi Guys,

I'll make this quick. I wanted a small garden tractor that take care soe the small amounts of mowing I do and for clearing snow from both my house and my apartments in the winter. Seeing as how most new stuff is overpriced and not very heavy duty I turned to older tractors, being that old stuff is made of real steel.

Being a fan of old sears gear (I've got the game fisher boat and game fisher trolling motor too), I got looking at suburbans, mostly because of all the cool attachments you could get for them.

Then I found this little guy on craigslist for $250.

I believe its a 73-76 ST/10 seeing as how it's definitely a custom.

So in my quest to find out more information about it, and to see what kind of stuff others are doing with their GT's I came here!

Welome abord !...man,that deck looks like the nicest one I've seen yet for a Custom, usually they are either rotted to death,or the aluminum ones have big chunks missing !...nice looking tractor for that low a price too--does it have the high & low range transaxle ?...

Yeah the deck is in good shape. The belt tensioner could use a little work but its not bad. And yes it does have the high low rear end.

I'm looking for a plow or snowblower for it and a rear rake for cleaning up all the leaves from my big catalpa tree
