I am guessing this is just too easy, but I can't find a diagram for my deck. My deck is in great shape, but just having purchased the tractor, thought I'd do some preventive maintenance over the winter...new bearings, etc'., just so it is tip top come spring...and I want to learn the parts that make up this equipment.

Any numbers I found on the tractor or deck, does not seem to be what the Toro site wants????

Early 90's 416-H with 42 inch side discharge deck.

Toro does have a site that will accept a model name which is what the 416-H is.
https://lookup3.toro.com/partdex/index.cfm?xCaller=Toro
In the green bar click on Advanced Search, next page type 416-H in the 4th box and click on Submit in the top right corner. They will all come up and give you an idea of what numbers and how they need to be written to be recognized.
Product 1990 and older requires the word none for a serial number just like on the list if you are asked for a serial number. 1991 and later requires a serial and the range of numbers they will accept are listed. The attachment list has a link on the right for each model.

You can print the parts lists from here. After a page opens click on a small printer icon at the top left of an illustration and the page will reload to one that prints well. The parts lists here are the cause of many wrong parts ordered. A better parts list is available here

Type Toro in the 2nd box and a long model number in the 3rd box.

If you have trouble post the numbers you have. Mower decks are sized by their width of cut - not the width of the deck.
