I have been trying to locate the lift kit that attaches underneath my 2003 GX345. I picked up a used plow and snowblower, but did not realize I needed the previous owner to remove that. He has now sold the tractor. The second problem is the John Deere dealer near me is unable to find a lift kit part number that would work within my serial number.(MOG345B114071) Maybe one of you has run across this problem or has some part number help for me. Thank you so much for any help again.

This PDF contains nearly every part number you'll need for attachments and accessories. It's a keeper.

Thankyou Dragon and Forward Look, I looked up the number and took it to the dealer and he said "oh there it is under your tractor model." I think he was looking under snowblower or something. They will have it tomorrow. Thanks again for all your help.

It's amazing that your average person knows more than a parts guy at a dealer who does this everyday. And that goes for almost anywhere, car dealers, etc.
These people do this stuff on a daily basis, they should know this stuff.

You a good customer PA318GUY. In the past I worked as a Part time Parts guy for a JD dealer and I remember a Customer calling in asking for parts to a Squirrel Cage what in the heck is a squirrel cage Turns out it was the heater under the seat in a Harvester. Remember that parts Guy has to look through alot of Deere machines and ser# to get that right part and sometimes Deere put things in there parts diagrams that really don't belong with the part of the machine your looking for. You would think attaching parts would be under the attachment sometimes it is and other times its not. My younger brother Runs a service & parts dept for a deere dealer and he runs into that type of mess all day long and there a full Deere dealer selling both AG,Outdoor power and Construction equipment and it also depeneds on how long they have been there and if deere Changes things around which they do do from time to time. When I worked for a deere dealer I mostly dealt with the Outdoor Power equipment and the other Guys dealt with AG. So I would be lost espically if I got some wierd term for a part or the part was ser# specific and the person did not know there Ser# or even there model. Now was the OP dealing with the parts Guy or a salesmen. I would not say that is a Bad dealer or there and Idiot another thing to remember the Parts that you look up on line in the JD parts catalog is diffrent setup from where the dealers look up parts. So think of that before you rush to judge People:thThumbsU

Actually finding the right lift kit is no small challenge depending on year. I think the GX models are easier but there was a couple driver bars (strap) depending on serial.

Very common for people to leave that on a tractor when selling a blower.
