Below is the ad for this tractor.......
(I have a three pt hitch to put on this tractor) Guy also has some of the manuals for it. Comes as shown in the pic below. Should I pull the trigger on this deal?? Is that "Vari drive" going to be a problem??

I have an older GT/14 Varidrive and love it. When you need to adjust your speed, it's much better than having to shift all the time. I have a few hydro tractors, and I prefer the varidrive over hydrostatic drive.

I recently purchased a GTV16, 1981 model, with a dozer blade, wheel weights and chains, and front dethatcher. Guy wanted $350, I offered $300 and got it. Runs good. Needs paint and a new seat. I bought it mainly for dozer blade. I also have a 1982 GTV16, bought it new. No trouble with vari-drive. I usually just use the fastest speed and leave it at that. Probably a bad idea, that vari-drive should probably be used to keep things "free and loose".
That dozer blade in picture looks like mine. Heavy duty, double springs, not just a snow blade so you can also use it for dirt, as I do.
