GT5000 Brakes

While removing my deck to replace a mandrel I noticed the brake pads looked kinda thin and the disc had wear marks. Never worked on the brakes before and wondering if anyone out there has and how difficult it is to do a "brake job" and what all should be replaced. Appreciate your thoughts

IF it really needs it, I'd only replace the "pucks". (pads).

Google AYP 136923 for various sources.

Apparently (according to one parts source) they are 1/4" thick.

I think their too thin. Just going to replace them as they are very inexpensive. Thanks for the reply S.C.
