Could someone please supply or direct me to a picture of the Ground Drive Belt routing on a GT262? Instructions on replacing the belt would also be helpful...

Thanks....

OK I have to ask... what is a 'ground drive' ?
I that is an 'old' description that is stuck in my memory. On most older mowers there is a pulley on the bottom of the engine with two sheaves. The lower sheave's belt drives the mower deck (hence was called 'deck drive belt'). The upper sheave's belt caused the mower to move across the ground (hence 'ground drive belt').

OK...now I have to ask...my GT262 has a manual transmission...so why does the "John Deere Lawn & Garden Belt Routing Guide.pdf" title the belt routing diagram for a GT262: 'Hydrostatic Traction Drive'?
